RASPBERRY Pretzel Jello Dessert:
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3/4 c. butter melted
- 3 tbsp. white sugar
- 1 (8oz) package of softened cream cheese
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 (8 oz) container of Cool Whip
- 2 packages (3 oz) RASPBERRY jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 package of frozen RASPBERRIES
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Stir together crushed pretzels, melted butter and 3 tbsp of sugar. Mix well and press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until set. Set aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl cream together cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Fold in whipped topping. Spread mixture onto cooled crust.
- Dissolve the jello in boiling water. Stir in the frozen RASPBERRIES. Pour over cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set.
